General
By using customuvprints.co.uk and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Custom UV Prints is a trading name of PHONE CASE BAKERY LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 10548012. Our registered office is 10 Chatsworth Avenue, Northampton, England, NN3 8JD. We sell UV-printed phone cases and UV DTF transfers.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Custom Artwork
By submitting artwork for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from artwork submitted by customers. We reserve the right to refuse to print any design we deem inappropriate.
Production & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination. See our Shipping page for full details. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs processing.
Returns & Refunds
Change-of-mind cancellations are available for non-personalised products bought online. Items made with your personal artwork, photos or text are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods remain unaffected. See our Returns page for the full policy.
Limitation of Liability
Custom UV Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
