Information We Collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. We also collect artwork files you submit for custom printing.

Your Artwork and Saved Designs

When you add a customised product to your basket, we upload the print image and editing instructions to private Supabase storage so we can fulfil your order. This happens before payment. Shopify receives an artwork reference with your basket and order, not a public link to your uploaded picture. We do not publish customer artwork in our portfolio without permission.

The “Save” button stores a design on your device using browser storage. Clearing site data removes these local drafts. Uploaded files may remain after you abandon a basket; contact us using your artwork reference if you want us to review or remove them, subject to any information we need to retain for an order or legal obligation.

For security and abuse prevention we record upload time, file size, product identifiers and a hashed network address. Using AI generation sends the prompt you enter to our AI service. Only include information you want used to create the design.

Data Protection

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data. Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your shopping cart and session active. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with service providers necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. Royal Mail for shipping).
