Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP image up to 50 MB. Use the highest-resolution original you have. Check the print size and keep important details clear of edges and camera openings.

Yes. The Design Studio shows a live layout preview. Check your exact model, spelling and placement before approving it. Final alignment is checked against the physical blank before printing.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). UK delivery then takes 1–5 days depending on the service you choose, or you can collect free from our Northampton studio or choose free local delivery within 5 miles. International orders take 5–21 business days depending on destination.

We use premium transparent TPU cases that are flexible, durable, and crystal clear. They provide excellent protection against drops and scratches while showing off your custom design beautifully.

We use UV-cured printing designed for a durable finish. Like any printed case, longevity depends on use, abrasion and cleaning, so avoid harsh chemicals and rough scraping.

Yes. Create and add each design separately. Each customised basket item keeps its own artwork reference. Increasing its quantity repeats that same design.

Non-personalised catalogue products bought online have a 14-day cancellation window. Items made with your own artwork, photos or text are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods remain covered by your statutory rights. See our Returns page for the process and return costs.
