Review Policy
Our commitment
Anyone can submit a review for moderation. We do not write reviews ourselves, buy reviews or publish reviews generated by software. Publication alone does not confirm that the reviewer bought from us.
Purchase verification
A review is marked as verified only after we match it to a genuine order using our internal order records. Reviews without that explicit label should be treated as unverified submissions, even after moderation and publication.
Moderation
Submitted reviews are checked before publication. We remove content that is unlawful, abusive, contains personal data about other people, or is clearly not about the product. We do not remove or hide a review simply because it is critical, and we do not reorder reviews to hide negative feedback. Moderation checks content; it does not, by itself, verify a purchase.
Incentives
If we ever offer a discount, entry into a prize draw or any other incentive in exchange for a review, that will be stated clearly next to the affected reviews. Incentives are never conditional on leaving a positive review.
Ratings
If we display an average score, we explain which reviews are included and do not imply that unverified submissions are verified purchases. Individual verification status is shown clearly wherever it applies.
Reporting a review
If you believe a published review is fake or misleading, email orders@customuvprints.co.uk and we will investigate.
